Help with sounds, settings and the full-game unlock.

Please include your device model, iOS, iPadOS or Android version, app version, the selected voice and text languages, and a short description of what happened. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or a child’s personal information.

What does the full game include?

The optional one-time purchase adds the Food Game, Shapes and Objects Game, Patterns in the Colors Game, direct access to the secret game, and all 19 app languages without a trial limit. Existing full-game customers keep their access. There is no recurring subscription. The purchase screen shows the current price from your app store for your region.

How does the language trial work?

In the upcoming update, start the trial from Languages. It gives access to all 19 voice and text languages for seven days. On iPhone and iPad, you confirm a free 7-day Trial through the App Store. On Android, you start it inside the app. It never automatically charges you or starts a subscription.

Afterward, keep your fixed starting device language and choose one extra free language permanently. If your device’s primary language was unsupported at setup, English is the starting language. A grown-up confirms the additional choice. It cannot be swapped later, but buying the full game makes every language available.

The trial changes language access only; Food, Shapes and Objects, Patterns and direct secret-game access are part of the separate full-game purchase. Reset Settings does not restart the trial or erase the permanent free-language choice. We do not promise that free language choices transfer to another device or store account.

What is the full-game price?

The full-game unlock is US $5.99 once on the App Store. The planned Google Play price for the update is also US $5.99. Check the purchase screen for your store’s current price and currency. There is no automatic payment after the language trial. Existing owners do not need to repurchase.

Restore a previous purchase

1. On iPhone or iPad, use the Apple account that made the App Store purchase. On Android, use the Google account that made the Google Play purchase.
2. Connect your device to the internet.
3. Open Settings → Restore Purchase in Aloha ABCs.

Purchases do not transfer between Apple and Google Play. If the content remains locked, contact us with the details above. Do not purchase again solely to troubleshoot.

Remember your settings

In Settings, turn Save Settings to Yes to keep your sound volumes and gameplay preferences when reopening the app. The Languages screen has its own Save Always option for language preferences.

Adjust sounds and languages

Music, Voice and Sound FX each have a volume slider and an on/off button. Voice and text languages can be selected independently. English Menus keeps menu labels in English while allowing other language choices.

Find the secret game

After unlocking the full game, the tern on the main menu opens the secret game. Turning Birds off in Settings also hides that main-menu shortcut.
